Why I wrote this book

Having been fed a diet of hundreds of self help and motivational books in the past twenty odd years, the thought of writing one on my own had resided in my mind for the longest time. Alas, there were many questions to answer. What else could I add to the already abundant information and tips on living a productive and meaningful life? What claim to fame could I boast of in dispensing advice? What were the motives, people would ask, of me in producing a self-help book?

Then the epiphany happened, the stimulus for me to put my thoughts to the written word and share these with all who want to be motivated and inspired in living a productive and meaningful life.

So the day had come to map out a life that would truly be a life I wanted, a life that would benefit one and all who were eager to find a life journey that was meaningful and effective. From this reflection came the realization that I had always “tried to live my life in one day”. Apologies for the dramatics, but I would like to reiterate that this is no new found revelation to bring you to a supra natural level of existence.

What this book seeks to achieve is a path that leads to a journey that we, hopefully, will be glad we chose at the end of this trip we call life.

If you are seeking answers to improve...

  • Your personal and family life
  • Your career
  • Your relationships
  • Your happiness
  • Your search for a deeper meaning in life

...then this book seeks to help you reflect and develop a new perspective in these areas.

As we travel on this journey called life, we often lose track of what our lives are really all about and what is it that we are really trying to achieve. Success becomes elusive because success is not properly defined by us. And when success truly comes, there is still emptiness within.

Do you...

...crave for `elusive’ success?
...want to develop and achieve true success?
...yearn for more control over your life?
...want a meaningful life?
...strive to live a balanced and effective life?

This book provides you with truisms that guide you towards a redefinition in major areas of your life, and recognising success when it comes to you. It provides tips to examine how you have been living, and whether indeed, you have been truly living.

Revealed within are the keys to:

  • Effective Mind Management
  • Developing your full potential
  • Creating stronger relationships
  • Appreciating the finer things in life
  • Living a balanced and more effective life
